Nom (“we”, “us”) is an independent guide operated by Reindex Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you use https://nom.now, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Usage & analytics data. When you visit Nom, we automatically collect standard analytics such as pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location (country/region), device type, browser, and operating system. We use Google Analytics 4, Statcounter, and Ahrefs Analytics for this purpose.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We and our partners use cookies and local storage to remember preferences, measure traffic, and (where ads are shown) support advertising. See “Cookies and tracking” below.
  • Information you provide. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your email address and message).

We do not require you to create an account to use the website, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through it.

The site is U.S.-focused. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data and to object to processing. Our legal basis for analytics and advertising cookies is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

Nom is a general-audience site intended for adults making food choices. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we configure advertising as general-audience (non-personalized where a user is signaled to be under 13). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and security

We retain analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
