Use Nom’s data — free
Writing about fast food nutrition? Helping clients eat better? Nom's data is free to use — embed a live widget or cite our rankings. We just ask that you keep the attribution link.
Nom analyzes full menus at 29 chains and grades every item with the Nom Score. That's a lot of structured, comparable nutrition data — useful for dietitians, trainers, diabetes educators, food bloggers, and journalists.
Embed a live widget
Drop a ranked "best options" widget straight into your post. Copy the snippet, paste the HTML where you want it — it stays current as we update the data. The attribution link must stay intact.
Want a widget for a different chain or diet? Every guide at nom.now/guides has its own
embeddable widget at nom.now/embed/<restaurant>-<diet> — and each guide page has a
one-click "Cite or embed this page" box.
Cite our data
Prefer to quote a number or a ranking? Please attribute it to Nom with a link to the page you used. A simple format works:
Nom. (2026). [Page title]. Retrieved from https://nom.now/[page]
Every guide, listicle, and the methodology page has a "Cite this page" button that copies a ready-made citation.
The ask (and the rules)
- Free for editorial and educational use — blogs, class materials, client handouts, articles.
- Keep the attribution link to nom.now in any embed or citation.
- Don't republish our full dataset or scrape the site wholesale (see our Terms).
- Nutrition data is for general information, not medical advice.
